We visit your site and listen first.
Fill in the contact form and we'll call you within one business day. We book a free site visit, walk the space with you, and take measurements and photos so the quote is based on your home, not a guess.
You get an itemised fixed-price quote, a materials list and a week-by-week program. We lock in trades and order long-lead items like stone and joinery before day one.
Our crew is on site every working day. You receive photos and a short update each evening, and any decision we need from you is flagged early so the program never stalls.
We do a full walkthrough together, fix anything on the list, and hand over all certificates and documentation for your new space.
